Outlet Operations Manager — Cut & Sew by Mohtaram

You will run our Cut & Sew by Mohtaram outlet in Islamabad day to day — the client experience, every order from first enquiry to delivery, quality, the team, and the outlet's profit and loss.

What you will do

• Lead the client experience: welcome, advise, and resolve concerns quickly and gracefully
• Own every sales order end to end, working with production, procurement and dispatch for on-time delivery
• Run pre-delivery quality checks and manage the tailoring production schedule
• Deliver the outlet's sales and P&L targets, including B2B and corporate orders
• Keep customer and sales records in our CRM complete and accurate, and follow up every lead
• Manage stock, visual merchandising and regular outlet audits
• Lead, train and motivate the outlet team

What you will bring

• 3-5 years in retail or tailoring operations, including leading a team
• A record of meeting sales targets
• Understanding of made-to-measure tailoring and garment quality
• Confident with CRM and POS systems and with a basic P&L
• Excellent communication in Urdu and English
