AtumX is hiring an Illustrator & Graphic Designer to shape everything our customers see. We're AtumX a Chennai-based startup (incubated at Anna University) building "funtastic" STEM kits and robotics toys for students across India. We're looking for a creative generalist to own our entire visual identity: app icons, packaging, manuals, and marketing from screen to shelf. This is a pure asset-creation role . If you love to draw, design, and bring playful ideas to life across digital and print, this is built for you. What you'll do: Illustrate original vector icons, pop-up graphics, and UI asset states for our desktop app Design product packaging and box artwork that stands out on retail shelves Create custom doodles, character assets, and instructional graphics for manuals Develop marketing collateral, layouts, and promotional posters Partner directly with the founders to define and maintain the AtumX brand style What you'll bring: 1–2 years of experience as an Illustrator, Graphic Designer, or Visual Designer (strong fresh graduates welcome show us your portfolio) A strong portfolio in digital illustration, drawing, and graphic layout Expert command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, plus Procreate or similar Solid understanding of typography, design specs, and packaging layouts Self-direction to jump from an app icon to a product box without missing a beat Why join us: Full ownership from day one define the visual language of a growing brand Real impact your work reaches students learning to build across the world Endless variety illustration, packaging, app assets, and marketing, every week Direct access to the founders at an early-stage startup
