Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital design, branding, and performance creatives, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality creatives for social media posts, ads, stories, banners, and campaigns Create visually engaging designs aligned with content calendars and marketing objectives Develop performance-driven creatives for paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.) Maintain brand consistency across all client accounts Collaborate with content, performance, and strategy teams Make basic video edits, reels, and motion creatives when required Revise creatives based on client and internal feedback

Required Skills

Strong command over Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing tools Understanding of social media formats, ad sizes, and digital trends Good sense of typography, color, and layout

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
