Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

The Rehab Registered Nurse provides direct physical and psychosocial care to rehabilitation patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. This role delivers holistic, age-appropriate care, manages medications and treatments, educates patients and families on recovery and discharge needs, and advocates for safety and quality. The nurse collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support functional recovery and positive patient outcomes in an on-site hospital rehab setting.
