Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and skilled professional with expertise in AI-powered virtual staging, floor plan creation, and email management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of real estate presentation standards, excellent technical skills, and the ability to execute tasks with precision while maintaining high-quality output.

This role requires someone who can interpret client instructions accurately, deliver polished visual content, create professional floor plans, and manage email communications efficiently. Attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to error-free work are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Powered Virtual Staging

• Create high-quality, photorealistic virtual staging for residential real estate listings using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other relevant software.
• Transform vacant or existing property images into visually appealing, professionally staged spaces while maintaining realistic proportions, lighting, textures, and perspectives.
• Execute client-specific staging requests and revisions with precision, ensuring that all modifications align with the provided instructions.
• Maintain the original architectural features, room dimensions, windows, doors, flooring, and other essential property details unless otherwise instructed.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail to ensure that the final images look natural, realistic, and professionally presented, without visible AI-generated inconsistencies.
• Review and refine all staged images before submission to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
• Incorporate client feedback efficiently and make the necessary adjustments without compromising the quality or accuracy of the final output.

2. Floor Plan & Blueprint Creation

• Create accurate, professional, and visually appealing floor plans and property layouts for real estate listings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in floor plan design software such as Figma (or similar tools), along with other relevant architectural drafting and floor plan applications.
• Convert existing architectural drawings, sketches, measurements, and blueprints into clean, well-organized digital floor plans.
• Accurately represent room dimensions, wall placements, doors, windows, staircases, and other architectural elements.
• Apply appropriate furniture placement, labeling, formatting, and design standards to ensure floor plans are easy to understand and visually consistent.
• Interpret architectural drawings and client instructions carefully to ensure that the final floor plans accurately reflect the property's layout.
• Make revisions based on client feedback and ensure all requested modifications are implemented correctly.
• Maintain consistency in design, presentation, and formatting across all floor plans while meeting project deadlines.

3. Email Management & Administrative Support

• Manage incoming and outgoing emails professionally, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups.
• Carefully review email communications, identify key information, and translate instructions into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate and execute tasks based on client requests, internal communications, and project-specific requirements.
• Monitor email threads to track pending tasks, deadlines, revisions, approvals, and outstanding responses.
• Prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency, importance, and client requirements.
• Maintain clear, professional, and well-structured written communication with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that no important instructions, attachments, requests, or deadlines are overlooked.
• Organize email correspondence and maintain accurate records to support efficient workflow and task tracking.
• Exercise sound judgment when handling routine communications and seek clarification whenever instructions are unclear.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI-powered virtual staging, image editing, or real estate marketing.
• Strong proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini for image generation, editing, and virtual staging.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating realistic, high-quality virtual staging with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in floor plan creation software such as Figma or equivalent design and drafting tools.
• Ability to read, interpret, and accurately recreate architectural floor plans and blueprints.
• Excellent written communication skills and professional email etiquette.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to interpret detailed instructions and implement client-specific changes accurately.
• A proactive approach to identifying inconsistencies, resolving issues, and maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines.

Performance Expectations

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Deliver consistently high-quality, photorealistic virtual staging that meets client expectations.
• Produce accurate, professional floor plans that adhere to the provided measurements, layouts, and specifications.
• Manage email communications and assigned tasks with reliability, professionalism, and close attention to detail.
• Implement client revisions accurately and minimize errors, omissions, and unnecessary rework.
• Demonstrate accountability, initiative, and consistency across all assigned responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a meticulous, tech-savvy professional who combines creative design capabilities with strong administrative and organizational skills. They should be confident in using AI-powered tools for real estate visualization, experienced in creating precise floor plans, and capable of managing email-driven workflows independently.

Compensation upto 80,000/- PKR basic with added incentive bonuses.

The most important requirement for this role is an uncompromising commitment to quality and attention to detail.

The candidate must be able to turn detailed instructions into accurate, visually polished, and professional deliverables while ensuring that every task is completed to the required standard.
