Location: Charlotte, NC
Experience Required: 10+ years
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of QA/SDET or software testing experience
- 2+ years in a senior QA role
- Strong expertise in test automation frameworks
- Experience with API testing and performance testing
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define and lead QA strategy and quality standards
- Build and maintain automation frameworks and test suites
- Improve test coverage and drive shift-left testing
- Manage release quality gates and sign-off processes
- Track defects and report quality metrics
- Mentor QA engineers and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams
Preferred Skills
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Cloud exposure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience scaling QA processes in growing teams
- ISTQB certification
