About the RoleThe RN Manager will provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff and patient care across multiple sites while serving as a key leader within the organization.In this role, you will:Provide clinical leadership and oversight across multiple clinic locationsSupport high-quality, patient-centered care and clinical outcomesServe as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staffOversee personnel management, staffing, and team performanceParticipate in financial and budget management responsibilitiesHelp ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and operational standardsCollaborate effectively with physicians, clinical leaders, and employees at all levelsSupport conflict resolution and promote a positive, collaborative work environmentContribute to the continued growth and development of clinical programs and services
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related experience normally obtained through completion of a bachelor’s degreeMaster’s Degree preferredActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice3+ years of relevant clinical experience working with the applicable patient populationBehavioral Health, Mental Health, Crisis, Psych experience2+ years of healthcare facility or clinic management experiencePrevious leadership experience managing staff and budgetsStrong understanding of medical practice, clinic management, operational structures, policies, procedures, and processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal, public relations, and conflict-resolution abilitiesDemonstrated ability to work effectively with physicians, clinical teams, and employees at all levelsCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
