Mental Health Therapist (Men's Program)

Wings Recovery is hiring a Primary Therapist in Carlsbad, CA! The Mental Health Therapist is responsible for providing direct service to clients, and for facilitating the smooth day-to-day operation of the program. The Staff Therapist collaborates as a member of the multidisciplinary team (Treatment Team) to deliver effective treatment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain appropriate boundaries with clients Perform biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning and discharge planning Review treatment plan goals with clients regularly Support clients in accessing community resources Provide individual and group therapy Provide suicide screenings, assessments and re-assessments Be aware of and eliminate stressors in the facility Be aware of potential crisis and manage the program
