Role Overview
We are hiring a Linked In Outreach Specialist who will be responsible for identifying potential institutional clients (Schools, Colleges & Upskilling Institutes), engaging with them via Linked In and cold outreach, and fixing appointments with decision-makers. If you're tech-savvy, confident in communication, and passionate about sales or marketing, this is your chance to build a meaningful career with us.
Key Responsibilities
Use Linked In Sales Navigator & to scout, generate, and qualify leads (primarily educational institutions). Run outreach campaigns via Linked In messaging, cold emails, and follow-ups to build engagement. Fix appointments with school/college management, administrators, or key decision-makers. Assist in building workflows and strategies for improved lead generation and engagement. Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and appointment status in CRM tools.Skills & Qualifications
0–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or Linked In outreach. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Working knowledge of Linked In marketing, Linked In Sales Navigator, and tools like is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with cold calls & messaging, emailing, and professional follow-ups. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads at once.Details
