Oathmen Advisory is looking for motivated and research-oriented professionals to join our team in Bhopal as a Policy Associate. Key Responsibilities * Public policy and governance research * Policy analysis and preparation of research reports/briefs * Media and news tracking on political, governance and policy developments * Data collection, analysis and synthesis of key insights * Preparation of presentations (PPTs), reports and briefing documents * Converting research and information into clear, actionable insights * Supporting ongoing policy, governance and strategic research assignments Qualifications & Skills ✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Journalism, Mass Communication, Economics, Development Studies, Urban Planning, or related fields ✅ Strong Research, Analytical and Writing skills ✅ Good understanding of public policy, governance, current affairs and policymaking ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel ✅ Ability to create professional presentations, reports and research documents ✅ Familiarity with AI tools for research, analysis, content synthesis and productivity ✅ Ability to work with multiple information sources and deliver within timelines Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Salary: As per market standards To Apply: Send your updated CV to ( )
