Assistant Project Manager – Interior Design Location: Hyderabad Experience: Minimum 3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About Voxela Voxela is a bespoke luxury architecture and interior design studio specializing in premium residential and commercial projects. We are committed to delivering exceptional design through meticulous planning, seamless execution and uncompromising quality. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager who can coordinate multiple interior projects, ensure smooth site execution, manage project schedules and work closely with designers, vendors, supervisors and clients. Key Responsibilities * Assist in planning and managing luxury residential and commercial interior projects from site handover to project completion. * Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, daily work plans and execution timelines. * Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, consultants and vendors to ensure timely execution. * Track project progress and proactively identify delays or execution challenges. * Ensure materials are ordered, delivered and available on-site as per the project schedule. * Coordinate with the design team to clarify drawings, specifications and design changes. * Conduct regular site visits to monitor workmanship, quality and adherence to design intent. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and communicate project updates to the management team. * Monitor labour productivity and ensure efficient resource planning. * Verify measurements, material quantities and work completed before vendor billing. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain organized site documentation. * Support project managers in delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. We’re Looking For * Minimum 3 years of experience in interior project coordination, site execution or project management. * Experience working on luxury residential and/or premium commercial interior projects. * Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, hardware and construction processes. * Ability to prepare project schedules and coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously. * Good understanding of site sequencing, vendor management and execution planning. * Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior and MEP drawings. * Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD and project tracking tools. This Role Is Not Suitable If * Your experience is limited to civil construction without interior fit-out projects. * You have never coordinated vendors or managed project schedules. * You are only comfortable supervising labour without planning and coordination responsibilities. * You are unfamiliar with luxury interior materials and finishing standards. * You prefer a desk-based role with minimal site involvement.
