Experience & Clinical Skills
- Experienced Emergency Room RN with strong emergency care background.
- Skilled in patient assessment, triage, medication administration, and emergency interventions.
- Experienced in managing high-acuity patients in a fast-paced ED environment.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize care and respond quickly to changing patient conditions.
- Comfortable collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans.
Assignment Requirements
- Available for night shift schedule
- Flexible with rotating weekend requirements
- Able to adapt to a high-volume emergency department setting and provide safe, efficient patient care.
