Xeem is a real estate software platform designed to help housing societies, builders, and real estate developers manage their sales, leads, customers, inventory, and business operations more efficiently.

We are looking for confident, motivated, and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team and help introduce Xeem to real estate businesses across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, including housing societies, builders, and real estate developers.
• Introduce Xeem's software solutions and explain their business benefits.
• Contact leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Schedule client meetings and conduct live product demonstrations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with potential customers, negotiate, and close sales.
• Maintain client relationships and track sales activities.
• Share daily progress and sales updates with the sales manager.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Confidence in communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
• Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented attitude.
• Sales or marketing experience is preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply .
• Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn new software products and sales techniques.
