Telugu Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Silveric is a luxury religious gifting brand. We’re looking for a Telugu-speaking Social Media Manager & Content Creator who understands Instagram, enjoys creating content, is comfortable around cameras and shoots, and wants to play an active role in building brands.

This is not a posting/scheduling-only role.

We want someone who can think of ideas, understand trends, plan content, participate in shoots, appear on camera when required, manage social media and analyse what works.

• Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

• Develop and execute the social media strategy for Silveric
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Create and manage Instagram Reels, Posts and Stories
• Research Instagram trends, trending audio, formats, hooks and competitor content
• Come up with creative, relatable and engaging content ideas
• Write or coordinate hooks, captions, CTAs and basic Reel scripts
• Plan content around festivals, product launches, offers and campaigns
• Experiment with new content formats to increase organic reach and engagement

Shoots & Content Production

• Plan and execute photo and video shoots for social media
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers and editors
• Help with styling, locations, props and overall shoot presentation
• Supervise shoots to maintain strong brand aesthetics
• Be comfortable appearing on camera for Reels and other content whenever required
• Take ownership of the complete content process —
• Idea → Script → Shoot → Edit → Publish → Analyse

Growth & Analytics

• Track content performance including views, reach, watch time, engagement, shares, saves and follower growth
• Identify winning content formats and replicate what works
• Analyse underperforming content and improve future strategy
• Stay updated with Instagram features, trends and changes in content behaviour

Community & Collaborations

• Manage Instagram comments, DMs, mentions and audience engagement
• Coordinate with influencers and creators for collaborations and UGC
• Identify relevant creators and content opportunities for both brands

What We’re Looking For

• Telugu is a must
• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content
• Good understanding of Telugu social media trends and audience behaviour
• Creative eye for styling, aesthetics and visual storytelling
• Camera-friendly and confident personality
• Good communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to come up with ideas independently
• Comfortable being hands-on with shoots and content creation
• Strong interest in fashion, culture, lifestyle, religious/traditional content or D2C brands
• Ability to take ownership rather than waiting for instructions
• Previous experience managing D2C, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle or consumer brand pages is a plus
• Experience creating Telugu Reels/content is a strong advantage
• A personal Instagram page, portfolio or examples of previous work will be preferred

Type: Full-Time

Location: RP Road, Secunderabad

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
