Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in performance marketing, campaign optimization, lead generation, and data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads .
• Manage campaign budgets and improve performance through effective ROAS and CPL optimization.
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy development.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel , and other analytics tools.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager .
• Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Search Console , and conversion tracking.
• Experience in remarketing, A/B testing, and campaign optimization .
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
• Experience in the Education/EdTech industry is preferred.
