The RoleWe're looking for a part-time Recruiting Specialist to help us find and hire great people for our stores. This is a remote role of 15–20 hours per week, with occasional in-person meetings in the Tampa Bay area. If you know how to fill hourly roles quickly and find strong front-line managers, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll DoRun full-cycle recruiting for hourly store positions and front-line managers, such as assistant managers and store managers.Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and local hiring events.Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and keep candidates engaged throughout the process.Work closely with store leaders to understand their staffing needs and fill openings fast.Manage high-volume pipelines and keep candidate records up to date in our applicant tracking system.Track and report on hiring metrics like time-to-fill and candidate flow.
What You BringExperience recruiting retail, restaurant, or hospitality.A proven track record in high-volume hourly recruiting.Experience hiring front-line managers.Based in the Tampa Bay area and able to attend occasional in-person meetings.Comfort with applicant tracking systems and job boards like Indeed.Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
