Roles & Responsibilities:

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate.
• The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries related to insurance products, providing accurate information about insurance plans, and guiding customers through the purchase process.
• The role includes maintaining customer records, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• The Sales Associate will also participate in sales meetings and contribute to the overall objectives of the sales team.

Qualifications Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products
• Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus -Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
