CRM Team Lead – Premium Longevity Startup | New Delhi

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a premium, high-touch longevity practice serving founders, executives, and HNI/UHNI clients in New Delhi.

About the Role

Lead and grow the Relationship Management team, owning client retention, engagement, and overall client experience. Work directly with the Founder and Leadership Team on key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the CRM/Relationship Management function end-to-end; build annual vision and roadmaps
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Relationship Management team
• Drive client retention through strong relationship management
• Handle high-stakes client escalations with maturity and discretion
• Set team targets, conduct performance reviews, and track service quality

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years in frontline/Key Account Management, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience leading a team
• Experience handling premium/luxury clients, ideally in luxury hotels or hospitality , or with HNI/UHNI clientele (luxury retail, wellness, etc. also relevant)
• Polished presence with excellent English, both spoken and written, and strong vocabulary
• Ability to stay calm and confident in high-pressure client situations
• Genuine interest in health & longevity

Location: Rangpuri, New Delhi, On-site

Schedule: 6 days/week, no hybrid/remote
