The OpportunityWe are seeking a Vice President of Growth to join our investment team in New York. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for an exceptional investor who wants to operate at the center of the AI technology wave. You will source, diligence, and drive investments in category-defining companies, work side-by-side with partners on live deals, and help shape the firm’s strategy in one of the most dynamic and capital-intensive sectors of our time.
This is not a pure sourcing or pure diligence role. You will own real investment decisions, build lasting relationships with founders and co-investors, and help build portfolio companies that matter. What You Will DoSource and originate high-conviction investment opportunities in AI-native and AI-enabled companies across software, infrastructure, deep tech, robotics, space, and adjacent domainsLead or co-lead rigorous diligence processes, including market analysis, competitive positioning, technology assessment, unit economics, and management evaluationBuild and maintain deep relationships with founders, technical talent, operators, and other investors in the AI and deep-tech ecosystemsPartner closely with senior investment professionals on deal structuring, negotiation, and portfolio company supportContribute to investment memos, internal debates, and firm-wide strategy discussions on AI and next-generation technology themesHelp identify and evaluate growth-stage opportunities where capital, operational leverage, and strategic insight can accelerate category leadershipRepresent the firm externally with credibility and intellectual rigor
Who You AreExceptional investor with a demonstrated track record of identifying and evaluating high-quality technology companies, ideally with exposure to AI, deep tech, infrastructure, robotics, or related areasExperience in venture capital, growth equity, private equity, or a relevant operating/strategy role at a high-performing technology company or investment bankSharp analytical skills combined with genuine intellectual curiosity about technology and marketsStrong network and the ability to generate proprietary deal flowExcellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complex technical and commercial information into clear investment thesesHigh ownership mentality, low ego, and the judgment to operate effectively in a collaborative, high-standards environmentBased in (or willing to relocate to) New York or San Francisco
