We are Hiring: Business Development Manager (IT Services) – Pune
Are you a strategic sales leader with a proven track record of scaling IT services and navigating high-value enterprise accounts? We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead revenue growth, cultivate CXO relationships, and secure new logos in Pune .

Role Highlights

Experience: 10 – 15 Years
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation: Drive growth via both hunting (new logo acquisition) and farming (upselling/cross-selling in existing accounts). Stakeholder Management: Build, nurture, and leverage long-term relationships with CXO-level decision-makers. Full Sales Cycle: Own the complete process from lead generation, proposal strategy, and complex negotiations to final closures. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with presales and delivery teams to align client expectations with service delivery.
⚙️ Required Profile & Skills
Strong expertise in Enterprise Sales, Account Management, and Tech Solutions Selling. Excellent presentation, proposal preparation, and negotiation skills. Target-driven mindset with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. Education: BE/B. Tech/MCA or equivalent; an MBA in Business/Marketing is highly preferred.
