Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform patent searches, landscape, patent family and FTO analysis for Formulations .
- Analyse Orange book patents, prosecution history, prior art and claims.
- Develop non-infringement across India , US and Europe and assess business impact.
- Identify new product opportunities for the development pipeline.
