Location: Pune Role: Full-Time | Work From Office Hiring for : Post Sales Manager If you have experience in real estate, managing the complete customer journey after booking — from billing and registration to recovery and client retention — this opportunity is for you. What You’ll Be Responsible For: ✔ Managing the complete post-sales lifecycle ✔ Booking to billing coordination ✔ MIS reporting & Excel management ✔ Recovery follow-ups & client engagement ✔ Registration & documentation process ✔ Coordination with CRM teams, developers & internal departments ✔ Client retention & relationship management ✔ Handling customer queries and resolutions What We’re Looking For: ✔ 3–5 years of experience in Post Sales , CRM and Real Estate (Mandatory) ✔ Strong knowledge of registration, billing & recovery processes ✔ Advanced Excel skills (MIS, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) ✔ Good communication in English, Hindi & Marathi ✔ Graduate (Mandatory) ✔ Own vehicle required (Mandatory) If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering a seamless post-sales experience — we would love to connect with you.
