Role Overview 98thPercentile is seeking an innovative Curriculum Pedagogy Head to lead our educational content strategy. We are specifically looking for leaders with strong backgrounds in Academic Operations or Learning & Development (L&D) who are highly proficient in leveraging AI to scale and optimize educational design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the execution of K-12 curriculum strategy across Math, English, Coding, and Public Speaking.
• Lead Academic Operations and internal Learning & Development initiatives to ensure educators are equipped with cutting-edge pedagogical frameworks.
• Actively integrate Generative AI tools into curriculum development, content scaling, and operational workflows to drive efficiency.
• Bridge the gap between academic design and business operations, ensuring educational outcomes align with growth targets.
• Evaluate and iterate on teaching methodologies to maintain 98thPercentile's competitive edge in the US market.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience in Academic Operations, Learning & Development, or Curriculum Design.
• High AI Proficiency: Must demonstrate explicit, hands-on experience using Generative AI tools to optimize workflows, create content, or streamline operations.
• Strong understanding of K-12 educational frameworks and modern pedagogical trends.
• Exceptional operational leadership with the ability to manage cross-functional academic teams.
• Strict alignment with the compensation bandwidth (maximum 25 LPA)
