Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our B2C Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue, improving sales productivity, mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 15+ Inside Sales Executives/Academic Counsellors .
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor daily performance, and drive accountability.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and training programs.
  • Build a high-performance, motivated, and customer-focused sales culture.

Revenue Growth & Sales Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Drive lead conversion through effective call management and sales processes.
  • Improve team productivity, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and compliance.

Lead Management

  • Own the complete sales funnel from lead allocation to conversion.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and effective lead nurturing.
  • Optimize conversion rates by analyzing pipeline performance and identifying improvement opportunities.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver a seamless and consultative sales experience.
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Effectively communicate Infinity Learn's value proposition and recommend suitable learning programs.

Reporting & Business Insights

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
  • Prepare revenue forecasts and performance reports for leadership.
  • Analyze sales trends and implement data-driven improvement strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success for smooth onboarding.
  • Work closely with Product teams to stay updated on offerings and product enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 3–5 years of Inside Sales experience (EdTech preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing an Inside Sales team.
  • Proven experience leading a team of 15+ sales professionals .
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for team development.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; Kannada is an added advantage.
