Real Staffing Group is seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer for a global medical technology company to lead the development of implantable and wearable devices. You will guide products through the full lifecycle and mentor engineers, driving cross-functional execution in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of medical device product development experience, a strong electromechanical background, and experience with Class II devices (Class III preferred).
