Finance Head / CFO (Manufacturing Industry Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Head / CFO to lead the overall finance function and drive financial control, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should have strong Financial Controlling & Accounting expertise and proven experience in senior finance leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• CA with 12+ years of corporate finance experience , including 4–5 years in Finance Head / CFO-level roles .
• Strong Financial Controlling & Accounting experience is the most critical requirement for this position.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, working capital management, and overall finance operations .
• Experience in setting up and improving finance systems, MIS, internal controls, costing, and inventory management .
• Strong ERP exposure, preferably SAP Business One (SAP B1) , including ERP implementation, process improvement, or upgradation.
• Sound knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and regulatory requirements , including handling complex financial transactions.
• Exposure to export transactions, foreign operations, transfer pricing, and subsidiary transactions will be an added advantage.
• Experience in IPO readiness, IPO preparation, or pre-IPO activities will be highly preferred, as the company is planning for an IPO in the next 2–3 years .
• Strong experience in preparing and presenting MIS and financial reports to Directors, Senior Management, Board members, and Banks .
• Proven ability to lead and manage finance teams across multiple locations , with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to support overall business operations.
• Candidates from Chemical Manufacturing or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic yet hands-on finance leader with strong financial controllership, accounting, compliance, ERP, and MIS expertise, along with the ability to lead the organization towards improved financial systems and IPO readiness .
