What you will do

• Lead and scale high-performing inside sales teams across India and international markets
• Own regional and global portfolios with complete revenue accountability
• Drive sales strategy, forecasting, funnel management, and conversions
• Mentor, coach, and build future sales leaders
• Work closely with marketing, product, and placement teams to drive outcomes
• Set benchmarks, track performance, and consistently exceed targets

Who we are looking for

• 6–15 years of proven experience in Inside Sales leadership within EdTech
• Strong track record of managing large teams and multiple regions
• Ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
• Data-driven, process-oriented, and execution-focused
• Comfortable handling senior responsibilities and scaling operations
