At Dot & Key, Finance is more than a support function—it’s a strategic partner to the business. We’re looking for a commercially sharp finance leader to lead Business Finance and FP& A, drive smarter decisions, and help us scale profitably.

What You’ll Own

● Lead the Business Finance and FP& A charter, including AOP, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

● Partner with business leaders to drive growth, profitability, and sharper decision-making.

● Own business performance reviews across revenue, margins, costs, and key business drivers.

● Turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.

● Drive financial modelling, scenario planning, and evaluation of strategic initiatives and investments.

● Build robust MIS, dashboards, and scalable financial processes.

● Lead and develop a high-performing Business Finance and FP& A team.

What We’re Looking For

● Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.

● Strong Business Finance and FP& A experience, preferably in D2 C, FMCG, or consumer businesses.

● Sharp commercial acumen with the ability to connect numbers to business outcomes.

● Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving capabilities.

● Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders.

● Comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
