Quality Control Supervisor

LHH is recruiting for a Quality Control Supervisor with a growing precast concrete manufacturer in Wallingford, CT. This is a hands-on role supporting quality operations across multiple nearby plants, with strong exposure to DOT requirements, concrete testing, audits, and QC documentation.What we’re looking for:5+ years of QA/QC experience in precast concrete, construction materials, or related manufacturingExperience with DOT/transportation agency documentation and auditsKnowledge of ASTM/AASHTO test methodsAbility to review concrete test data and identify quality/strength issuesExperience with PCI and/or NPCA standards is a plusACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician Grade I certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 3 monthsWhy consider it?
