Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner (NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 9 Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50
This facility is seeking a Surgery - Neurovascular Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
* Schedule: Monday-Fridays 8a-5p; Beginning middle of December - April 2027
* Procedures required: Diagnose Illnesses, Treat Illnesses, Order Tests, Interpret Test, Write Prescriptions, Coordination of Care and First response to any code stroke alert within the facility
* Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
* Support: Supervising Physician always available by phone if not present on site
* Certifications and license required: American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Virginia license required
* Credentialing timeframe: 120 days
