Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Mumbai. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing interior concepts, preparing mood boards, and creating detailed layouts and drawings that align with project requirements and design intent. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, 3d visualisation, preparing construction drawings and documentation, coordinating with contractor and consultants - rendering an overal ownership to the project .

The role involves regular site visits to monitor design implementation, resolving on-site design queries, and maintaining alignment with project timelines and budgets. The Interior Designer will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and the internal design team to ensure high-quality, cohesive outcomes for each project.

Qualifications

• Strong interior design and space planning skills, with the ability to translate client needs into functional and visually compelling layouts.
• ability to experiment with ideas and bring out a fresh perspective to design
• Knowledge of architecture fundamentals and experience coordinating interior design with architectural elements.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed construction drawings and documentation for execution on site.
• Experience in FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and material specifications.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, enscape, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong visualisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and on-site teams.
• Prior experience in residential or Hospitality interior projects in India is an advantage.
