Role Description
The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for every client by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong, long-term relationships. Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions in-store, handling client concerns effectively, gathering feedback, and collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kunnamkulam, Kerala, requiring active engagement with customers and staff.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Familiarity with Client Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service practices
Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
Proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining client-centric solutions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
Prior experience in retail, especially luxury or jewellery, is an added advantage
Basic proficiency in computer systems and customer management software
MANDATORY: Prior experience in the hotel industry and customer/ service centric roles
Basic computer and CRM proficiency
