WE’RE HIRING — IT SALES EXECUTIVE MINDNEX SYSTEMS is looking for a confident, proactive and result-oriented IT Sales Executive who can identify new business opportunities, generate quality leads and convert them into software and IT projects. Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT Sales & Marketing Key Responsibilities Generate qualified B2B leads from India and international markets Identify software development and IT service opportunities through LinkedIn, online platforms, professional networks, email outreach and other ethical channels Approach potential clients and understand their business requirements Present suitable software, web, mobile application, AI and automation solutions Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial quotations Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified leads into paying clients Build strong, long-term relationships with domestic and international clients Maintain lead records, follow-up activities and sales pipelines in CRM Coordinate with technical teams for requirement analysis and project discussions Consistently work toward monthly sales and revenue targets Required Skills B2B and international lead generation Lead qualification, nurturing and conversion Strong communication and client-presentation skills Software and IT solution sales Email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting Proposal preparation and commercial negotiation CRM and sales-pipeline management Target-oriented and self-driven approach Ability to independently discover and bring new projects Qualification Graduate in any discipline Candidates with an IT or Computer background will be preferred BCA, B.Sc.
