• Business Analysis/Product Analysis experience within banking, payments, fintech or financial services.• Experience or strong working knowledge of digital assets, blockchain/DLT, stablecoins or tokenized deposits.• Understanding of end-to-end payment and settlement processes.• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.• Experience working between business and technology teams.• Ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear business requirements.
Preferred / Added AdvantageExperience in one or more of the following would be highly desirable:• Payment processing and payment rails• Clearing and settlement• Real-time payments• Domestic or cross-border payments• ISO 20022• SWIFT• ACH / wire payments• Treasury xzbcwsv or liquidity management• Reconciliation• Tokenized deposits• Stablecoin lifecycle• Wallets and custody• Blockchain/DLT platforms• Smart-contract-based transaction flows• Digital asset custody platforms such as Taurus• Integration between traditional banking platforms and digital-asset infrastructure
