Sales executive

Role & Responsibilities

Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions. Conduct site visits and deliver effective project presentations. Build strong relationships with prospective customers and channel partners. Follow up with leads through calls, meetings, and Whats App communication. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports. Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and management teams for smooth customer experience.

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills:

5–7 years of experience in real estate residential sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good understanding of customer psychology and sales processes. Target-oriented and self-driven professional. Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups effectively.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates familiar with East Pune real estate market will be an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and capability)
