Transportation Engineering Project Manager Wall Township, NJ French Master’s degree in Structural Engineering preferred • Professional Engineer (PE) license required (NJ preferred or ability to obtain through reciprocity) • 8+ years of transportation and/or bridge design experience • Experience managing complex transportation infrastructure projects • Familiarity with NJDOT bridge design standards and AASHTO requirements • Experience with structural design software such as LEAP Bridge, LARSA, MIDAS, CSiBridge, STAAD, or similar preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining client relationships and project quality • Experience with proposal development and business development initiatives preferred Nice to Have Skills
