Job Description:Seeking an experienced Oracle ERP/EPM Transformation Lead to drive Finance Modernization, oversee Oracle ERP/EPM implementation, integrations, and governance, and take long-term ownership of the platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Oracle ERP/EPM implementation, integration, testing, data migration, and go-live readiness.Collaborate with Finance, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.Manage platform governance, SaaS upgrades, enhancements, and roadmap.Oversee post-go-live support, optimization, and continuous improvement.Coordinate technical teams, manage risks, and ensure business alignment.Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in ERP/EPM implementations and platform ownership.Strong Oracle ERP/EPM and business systems analysis experience.Experience with cloud integrations, data migration, security, and governance.Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and manage stakeholders.Familiarity with AI-enabled development tools and Python. xzbcwsv Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
