Must-Have Skills

8+ years of experience in IT / Business Systems 5+ years of hands-on experience with Customer Support Platforms Hands-on experience with at least one of: Freshdesk Zendesk Salesforce Service Cloud Service Now Strong understanding of Customer Support processes, including: Ticketing SLA management Ticket routing Queues Omnichannel support Strong experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, Middleware and system integrations Experience with Workflow Automation and Low-code platforms Ability to translate business requirements into scalable support-system solutions

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure and enhance customer support platforms based on business requirements. Manage and optimize ticketing, routing, queues, SLA and omnichannel workflows. Develop and maintain integrations between customer support platforms and other enterprise applications using REST APIs, Webhooks and Middleware. Automate repetitive support processes using workflow automation and low-code capabilities. Gather requirements from business and customer support stakeholders and translate them into functional solutions. Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Support platform configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing enhancements. Troubleshoot integration and workflow-related issues and coordinate with technical teams where required. Maintain system documentation, process flows and integration specifications. Ensure solutions align with business needs, scalability, security and operational requirements.
