Experience :7-10 Years
location : Ahmedabad
Shift timings : 12:30PM to 9:30 PM
Experience preferred : International Credit controller
Role & responsibilities:
The position would be responsible for
1. Credit Control Management
2. Raising Sales Invoices on the Client's CRM System.
3. Uploading Sales Invoices on the Client's Portal.
4. Forecasting and reporting on collection
5. Executing tasks on Microsoft CRM as per client's instructions.
6. Fetching reports from Microsoft's Accounting software
7. Daily client communications over Microsoft Teams.
8. Daily reporting to the clients on tasks completed and outstanding debt.
Qualification and Skills:
- Excel knowledge (Vlook up/Pivots)
- Experience in Credit Control Management
- Experience in communicating with clients offshore.
