Alber Firm is expanding into South Carolina and seeking an experienced criminal defense attorney interested in taking a leading role in building our presence in the state.
We welcome applications from senior attorneys, current law firm partners, and sole practitioners interested in a new opportunity with leadership potential.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina and no bar disciplinary history.• Significant criminal defense experience, including courtroom advocacy and case management.• Ability to independently manage cases from initial consultation through resolution.• Strong client communication, negotiation, and trial skills.• Interest in leadership, practice development, and helping grow our South Carolina presence.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Help establish and grow Alber Firm’s criminal defense practice in South Carolina, with consideration for a regional or state managing partner role based on experience and fit.
We are interested in connecting with established attorneys who bring local market knowledge, strong professional relationships, and a commitment to client service.
COMPENSATION
Compensation varies based on qualifications, criminal defense experience, and the scope of the position. Compensation arrangements will be discussed individually during the interview process.
