Team members work in a collaborative, performance-oriented environment that values creativity and accountability. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Hyderabad. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing, assembling, and refining video content for social media, campaigns, and brand assets, ensuring alignment with creative briefs and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include organizing raw footage, selecting the best shots, applying transitions, color correction, sound syncing, and basic audio clean-up. The role also involves creating motion graphics and integrating graphic elements to enhance storytelling, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and account managers. The Video Editor will manage project timelines, optimize videos for various platforms and formats, and stay updated on video trends, platform best practices, and emerging tools. Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital and social media content. Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, polished visual aesthetics. Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support engaging storytelling. Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator or equivalents). Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a range of video work, including short-form, social media, and brand videos. Strong sense of pacing, visual composition, and sound-image synchronization. Ability to interpret briefs, take feedback constructively, and iterate quickly under deadlines. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative and marketing teams on-site. Relevant education in Film, Media, Design, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if supported by strong portfolio and experience.
