Urology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20
This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
* Schedule: Inpatient coverage with clinic and overnight beeper call; 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shifts with overnight call; 7 days on/7 days off schedule; full-time coverage; minimum 14 shifts per month
* Practice Setting: Inpatient
* Types of Cases: Broad range of urology procedures including ureteroscopy with laser and shockwave lithotripsy
* Credentialing Timeframe: Not specified
* Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Not specified
* Certifications Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years), Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Drug Enforcement Administration registration
* Licensure Required: Active Washington medical license
* Additional Requirements: 150 Urology surgery case logs required for privileges; providers must be comfortable managing inpatient urology hospitalist coverage
* Opportunity Highlights: Seeking one to two consistent providers with potential opportunity to transition into a permanent staff position
