The company is particularly recognized for healthcare construction but also works on education, commercial, faith-based, recreational, and other complex institutional facilities. Known for its emphasis on Lean Construction principles, it focuses on improving project efficiency, collaboration, and overall client experience Job Description Manage planning and daytoday execution to keep the project on schedule and within budget. Coordinate communication among clients, designers, engineers, and regulatory agencies. Ensure all work complies with healthcare & educational regulations and safety codes. Track project costs and resource use to control the overall budget. The Successful Applicant Demonstrated experience delivering large, technically challenging healthcare or K12/Higher Education projects. Strong understanding of construction best practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership abilities with clear, effective communication skills. Proven track record of overseeing complex schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
