Strategic Planning & Business Analysis:

Support the Managing Director in evaluating business performance, strategic priorities, and growth opportunities.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.

Develop business presentations, reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for leadership reviews.

Project Management:

Lead and coordinate strategic projects from concept to execution.

Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables across functions.

Ensure timely execution of key organizational initiatives.

Executive Support:

Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and executive summaries.

Compile business reports to enable faster and informed decision-making.

Follow up with business leaders on action items and strategic priorities.

Cross Functional Coordination:

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments.

Drive seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Facilitate alignment on strategic business initiatives.

Business Improvement:

Identify opportunities for operational improvements and process optimization.

Recommend practical solutions backed by data and business insights.

Support implementation of organizational transformation initiatives.

Qualification and Technical Skills

Education - MBA (Finance) or Qualified Chartered Accountant

(CA)Experience - 6–7 years of relevant experience working with senior leadership, business strategy, consulting, PMO, or Executive Office roles will be preferred.

Technical Skills - Strong business analysis and strategic thinking, Excellent project management capabilities, advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills, Strong presentation and report preparation skills, Data interpretation and analytical problem-solving and Business research and market analysis
