Senior Psychiatric Registered Nurse

Frisbie Memorial Hospital seeks a Senior Mental Health Program Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adult and adolescent behavioral health patients. The RN completes comprehensive psychiatric and medical assessments, develops and updates care plans, administers medications, and monitors treatment response. This role leads de-escalation and crisis interventions, coaches unit staff, and coordinates interdisciplinary rounds. The nurse ensures regulatory and safety standards, documents accurately in the EHR, and supports families through education, discharge planning, and community resource connection.
