We are hiring a Senior Executive Customer Service for a leading Shipping & Logistics organization.
Eligibility Criteria
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Export Customer Service within the Shipping & Logistics industry .
- Experience in Export Customer Service.
- ISO Tank experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of shipping documentation and shipment coordination.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
