Maintenance Assistant - Collection at Gruene

Job Posting: Maintenance Assistant Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Assistant at Collection at Gruene. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff. Responsibilities Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment. Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks. Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive. Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours. Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repair
