Senior Claims Representative, Field -MA

In this role, you will manage complex, higher severity homeowners property claims across a n assigned geographic territory (Metro West Boston). Most field travel in this region is typically within approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, though travel may vary based on claim complexity and location. This position is intended for an experienced claims professional who routinely handles nuanced coverage issues, elevated exposures, and sensitive claim scenarios. The Senior Claims Representative is responsible for the end to end adjustment of complex homeowners property claims, including on site inspections, vendor oversight, reserve management, and resolution of coverage and liability matters.
