What You'll Be DoingOwn the monthly close, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Oversee accounting across multiple entities, including intercompany transactions and consolidations.Lead and develop a team of four offshore accounting professionals.Partner directly with the CEO to provide financial visibility and support business growth.Improve accounting policies, internal controls, and operational efficiencies.Lead accounting system enhancements, including QuickBooks and expense management platforms.Identify opportunities to implement AI tools and automate manual processes.Support accounting related to fixed assets, capital projects, and business expansion.
What We're Looking For7+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience.Strong hands-on experience owning the monthly close and financial reporting.Experience with multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and consolidations.Prior experience managing or supervising accounting professionals.Background in real estate, construction, energy, data centers, digital infrastructure, or other capital-intensive industries is a plus.QuickBooks experience strongly preferred.Experience implementing or improving accounting systems and processes.Interest in AI, automation, and modernizing accounting workflows.A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a growing business.
