As a Part Time Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving theatre performance, developing your team, and delivering exceptional guest experience. What You’ll Do
- Lead daily theatre operations, ensuring strong staff performance, smooth execution, and an exceptional guest experience
- Performing all staff positions required
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and all certification requirements (including alcohol service where applicable)
- Train, coach, and supervise team members while supporting hiring, scheduling, and performance management with GM oversight
- Maintain high guest satisfaction by resolving concerns quickly and professionally and supporting promotions and theatre presentation
- Oversee financial and operational tasks including cash handling, reporting, inventory, cost control, and profitability support
- Manage theatre operations and facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, projection and audio-visual systems, and overall building standards
- Marketing and promotions of feature film engagements; scheduling of movie show times and the timely delivery of show times to all proper channels.

- At least 3 months of supervisory experience, OR
- 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program, OR
- Equivalent experience or demonstrated leadership potential (subject to approval)

- Must complete all required Regal training and certification programs
- Working knowledge of theatre operations, including projection systems, preferred
